These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bj44 online gaming platform ("Platform" or "Site"). "bj44", "we", "our" refers to the organisation operating this platform, and "user", "you", "player" refers to any person who accesses or uses this platform.

A single person opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own activity. If you suspect your account details have been stolen or accessed without authorisation, please notify our support team immediately.
3.4 KYC Verification
bj44 may request government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification documents at any time. Delay or refusal to provide documents may put your withdrawal process on hold.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
bj44 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it is generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳25,000 in bets.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- The bonus applies only once — per person, per household, or per household address.

5.4 Cashback and VIP Program
bj44's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. Moving up to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity and contribution.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Outcomes
All games on the bj44 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Regular third-party audits are conducted to ensure fair play.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. bj44 reserves the right to change betting limits under special circumstances.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a game outcome is affected by a technical error or server issue, the relevant round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded. bj44 accepts no liability for technical errors.
6.4 Sports Betting
For cricket betting, wagers can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket series. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, settlement will be made according to bj44's rules.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and accounts will be cancelled in the event of a violation:
- Abuse of the bonus system — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or in a coordinated manner.
- Placing bets specifically to meet wagering requirements at low risk (bonus hunting).
- Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence tools to influence game outcomes.
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.
- Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
- Participating in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Colluding with other users to attempt to control the outcome of any game.

Account Suspension and Closure

bj44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- False information regarding age or identity.
- Refusal to provide KYC documents.
- Request from a law enforcement agency.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. You may withdraw any earned balance before the account is closed, provided all withdrawal conditions are met.
8.3 Voluntary Self-Restriction
